What To Expect

All sessions are held online through secure, HIPAA-compliant teletherapy platforms. This means you can connect with me from the comfort of your home, whether you live in Atlanta, Savannah, Macon, Augusta, or anywhere else in Georgia.

Together, we’ll:

  1. Identify the challenges you’re facing.

  2. Explore new perspectives and practical tools.

  3. Take steady steps toward the healing and growth you want.

My Counseling Approach

I also have experience with mood disorders, self-esteem struggles, peer and family relationships, and women’s issues.

Beyond the Therapy Room

When I’m not working with clients, I enjoy spending time with my husband, our two children, and our extended family. I am actively involved in my church community and enjoy trying new restaurants, exploring healthy eating options, and traveling. These experiences remind me that life offers joy and growth, even in the midst of challenges.
